Awards, Not Accolades

Our gins have been recognised by some of Australia’s most respected palates, not because we chased trends, but because we didn’t.

Each award is a quiet nod to the care, balance, and time that goes into every bottle.

Be Part of Our Story

Every bottle we create is shaped not just by botanicals, but by the people who taste, reflect, and share their thoughts.

The Tasting Panel is our way of making gin a conversation, not a conclusion. Your feedback helps us refine, reimagine, and decide what stays.

This isn't market research. It's creative collaboration, distilled.

Where to next?

Batch One

Saint Juniper Was Born

In mid 2024, Saint Juniper shipped its first release to hundreds of Tasting Panel members.

Those gins went on to win multiple awards, including Best Contemporary Gin in NSW at the Australian Gin Awards.

Mediterranean Gin - Saint Juniper

Refined Gin

Shaped by the Panel

Panel feedback shaped our second release. Recipes were reconsidered, balance refined.

The result was entered into the London Spirits Competition — where it was named Spirit of the Year, Australia, 2025.

Your Local

Bottle Shops & Fine Dining

Saint Juniper is now available in a small number of independent bars and bottle shops.

We're actively building those relationships. More to come.

New Releases

Gin No. 5 & Seasonal Releases

Gin No. 5 launched in November 2025.

Next on the horizon: seasonal releases — shaped by the time of year and what feels right in the glass.

New Distillery

Our Biggest Ambition Yet

A dedicated distillery with a tasting room — a space built to welcome visitors and grow at scale.

We're working toward it. Hoping to open late 2026.
