The Mediterranean Gin is Saint Juniper's most decorated expression. Slow distilled from rosemary, bay leaf, green olive, and olive leaf alongside orange and lemon peel, it carries a savoury character that is uncommon in Australian gin.
The botanicals are balanced to let the coastal notes arrive first. Rosemary and olive give depth. Citrus follows with clarity. Liquorice root softens the finish into something long and unhurried.
Serve it cold in a martini with a green olive. Or over ice with Mediterranean tonic and a strip of orange peel. It earns both.

Which gin should I start with?
The Discovery Set is the honest answer: all five gins in 100ml bottles, enough of each to pour properly and decide for yourself.
It includes a $25 credit toward your first full bottle. If you'd rather commit from the outset, the Mediterranean is where most people land, and stay.
Is there anything artificial in the gin?
No. Every gin is distilled from whole botanicals, real fruit, and real citrus peel with no artificial flavours, essences, or added sugar.
And like all distilled spirits, our gin is naturally gluten-free.
How does delivery work?
We keep every gin in stock and aim to dispatch the same day; please allow one to two business days.
Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $99, and a flat $11 under that, with express options calculated at checkout.
Every shipment is carbon neutral, offset by weight and distance travelled. International shipping is on its way.
Can I visit the distillery?
All of our gin is made by us at our distillery in Sydney, which isn't yet open to the public. From time to time we host small tastings,join our list and you'll be the first to hear.
