I love a good gin where distinctive and product referenced flavors are specific. No point having a gin that showcases a primary flavor profile where you're left searching but can't nail down that flavor origin. This however is quite the opposite. Rosemary forward and definitely no mistake that it resonates with a Mediterranean palate and cuisine. For me I love it. For others who like something more subtle, it may be a little too forward with the Rosemary and other botanicals, but it's a go to in my bar.

Theres a brightness, a herbal but citrus sharpness that, to my mind, makes this gin a perfect base for a martini (I say this as someone who is currently on their 2nd bottle of this for almost exclusive martini use)
