Our first batch of gin recently picked up a few awards at the Melbourne Royal Distilled Spirit Awards and the Australian Gin Awards.
This was a great first attempt and the gin we are making today has improved significantly since.

Great taste
We tried the Pink Gin first, then moved onto Contemporary.
Am a new fan
All 3 gins were very easy to consume and enjoyed with tonic water and lime. We couldn't choose a favourite and had to keep trying each one again to try to select. Unfortunately, the bottles ran out before we could land a winner. A delicious gin all round and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting!
Cracked open all three for a little taste as soon as I got them, and wow! Awesome! All three are unique and tasty!

Definitely get your hands on these!
While they were all lovely, I did not taste a significant difference between 01 and 02 with regards to nose or mouth burn.
Both are intriguing and worth buying in their own right, but not as separate styles. There is not much juniper in either.
The 03 pink gin was smooth and subtle. It was a bit sweet, like most pink gins.
All of them are excellent in a Negroni.
