A modern twist on the traditional, this gin combines innovative flavours with classic craftsmanship. It’s vibrant and aromatic, ideal for creative cocktails or sipping straight to savour its complexity.
Pink
Delight in this playful yet elegant gin, infused with subtle hints of pomegranate and hibiscus notes. Its beautiful pink hue and refreshing taste make it a standout choice for those seeking a unique drinking experience.
Mediterranean
A harmonious blend of classic and Mediterranean botanicals, offering a vibrant bouquet with a savoury finish. Earthy undertones from angelica root and licorice root provide depth, while aromatic layers of rosemary, olive, and bay leaf bring forward the essence of the Mediterranean.

When is the gin shipping?
Our gin is shipping now.
Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is Free on orders over $149 or $8 flat rate Australia wide for all other orders.
International shipping will be coming soon.
Where is the gin made?
Saint Juniper Distilling Co. is based in Sydney, Australia.
We operate our own stills out of a small distillery/warehouse in Alexandria.
Currently our distillery is not open to the public and we do not offer tastings on site due to licensing restrictions.
