Founded in early 2024 by Paul Walton, an industry expert with years of experience in the liquor world, Saint Juniper is dedicated to crafting premium spirits that embody purity, sustainability, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Using state-of-the-art distilling techniques, we created our first range of gins, and we invite you to be part of shaping their future through your feedback.

Saint Juniper Was Born
Mid 2024 Saint Juniper was born with our first release of gins shipped to hundreds of our Batch One Tasters.
These gins went on to win multiple awards including the Best Contemporary Gin in NSW at the Australian Gin awards.
Refined Gin
Improved Recipes & Refinement
Our gin recpies have been refined and improved thanks to the feedback of our Batch Test Taster and industry experts.
The gin is tasting better then ever and is being submitted to the London Spirit Awards in March.

Our core range is beginning to make its way to independent bottle shops, specialty bars and fine dining restaurants.

Our Biggest Ambition Yet
2025 will see us move to a larger space where we will be building a home that allows us to grow at scale.
We will be opening a tasting room where you can visit and enjoy and learn about our craft.

When is the gin shipping?
Our gin is shipping now.
Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is Free on orders over $99 or $9 flat rate Australia wide for all other orders.
International shipping will be coming soon.
Where is the gin made?
Saint Juniper Distilling Co. is based in Sydney, Australia.
We operate our own stills out of a small distillery/warehouse in Alexandria.
Currently our distillery is not open to the public and we do not offer tastings on site due to licensing restrictions.
