Loved the opportunity to try Saint Juniper's gin without visiting the distillery. The 4 bottles included in the Gin Discovery Set are all so varied. The Mediterranean with its distinctive citrus smell and taste is my favourite but I also enjoyed the Original Dry Gin. I'll certainly be ordering more!
What a perfect selection of gins! I was transported to places and eras. Saint Juniper 01 represents the classic London Dry. Think James Bond in a cedar panelled bar ordering a gin martini shaken, not stirred. My favourite tipple.
Sup 02 on a Summer's evening while taking in Sydney Harbour. A contemporary gin that would be the perfect mellow citrus foil in your Negroni.
03 would be a 1920s flapper's delight, enjoying the pink hues in a Gimlet at NYC speakeasy. This was my least favourite.

Theres a brightness, a herbal but citrus sharpness that, to my mind, makes this gin a perfect base for a martini (I say this as someone who is currently on their 2nd bottle of this for almost exclusive martini use)
Bold peppery flavours. Not your average gin. I like it neat.
Such a gorgeous tasting gin. Fast becoming a favourite of mine from Saints Distillery. The 🍊 is sublime, not overpowering and beautiful on the nose.
Although this is numbered 03 for me this is my 01. The raspberry and hibiscus flavours are noteworthy yet subtle. Well suited for the warmer weather approaching us and definitely going to become a Christmas tradition.
Each bottle has a distinct flavour- 01 is crisp and thin. A hint of juniper that works well with spas and fresh spearmint leaf.
03 has more body and with it a depth of flavour that is balanced by fresh lemon juice and soda.
Now 02 is the rose gin , which like a flower has a fruitier flavour and good on the rocks. Easier to drink and smoother to the palette, this is a perfect pre and after dinner refreshment.
Absolutely loved it so smooth and flavourful.
Salty peppery spicey sweet and fruity sour and citrus, and then, as always, the wonderful earthy landscape of the juniper, gin. No flavour like it. I was lost for words, and now reclaim them, a week after the taste batch. Wha___?

Really digging the Saint Juniper range. The subtle variations in flavour keep things interesting without going over the top. Smooth enough to drink neat. My favourite is actually the Mediterranean — but they're all pretty tasty.
