Super Rosemary Forward
I love a good gin where distinctive and product referenced flavors are specific. No point having a gin that showcases a primary flavor profile where you're left searching but can't nail down that flavor origin. This however is quite the opposite. Rosemary forward and definitely no mistake that it resonates with a Mediterranean palate and cuisine. For me I love it. For others who like something more subtle, it may be a little too forward with the Rosemary and other botanicals, but it's a go to in my bar.

So far we have been very impressed with what we have. Our style is to take it one bottle at a time and we have only started the 'original', which in comparison with the off the shel, mass produced gins, has more flavour, more identity and greater mouth feel, no matter neat with tonic or in a cocktail. Looking forward to the next round.

Terrific inventive manner to try various gin types
Loved the opportunity to try Saint Juniper's gin without visiting the distillery. The 4 bottles included in the Gin Discovery Set are all so varied. The Mediterranean with its distinctive citrus smell and taste is my favourite but I also enjoyed the Original Dry Gin. I'll certainly be ordering more!
