I didn’t know what to expect.
I’m Paul, the founder of Saint Juniper. I’d started making gin just eight months before our first food and wine fair.
Our Mediterranean Gin had just won Australian Spirit of the Year at the London Spirits Competition. But this was the first time I’d be there to watch people taste it, hear their thoughts and see which bottle they chose.
By close, we’d sold out of Mediterranean Gin. We spent the next week filling back orders.

Our Mediterranean Gin began with a sense of place. Herbs growing in the sun. Citrus peel on the table. The savoury depth of an olive.
We wanted to bring those flavours together in a gin with its own character.

Who is Saint Juniper?
A small independent distillery in Sydney. We distil every bottle ourselves, slowly and in small batches. The Mediterranean Gin is our most awarded expression.
What does it taste like?
Savoury and bright, rosemary, olive and citrus over a classic juniper core.
Closer to a dry martini gin than a fruity one.
If you like a Mediterranean-style tonic serve or a good martini, this is built for it.
What if it's not for me?

Dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $99, and a flat $11 under that.
